Email Setup:

Outlook 2003 Email Setup for Geeks in Khakis clients...

1. Click Tools / Accounts
2. Select Next
   

    

3. Click on Add...
4. Select Pop3
   

    

5. Fill in your Name, Email Address, Incoming and Outgoing Mail Servers, and Logon information...
   

    

6. Click More Settings...

   Enter a Reply Email...
   

    

7. Select Outgoing Mail Server tab, and check the box My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authorization...
   

    

8. Optional: To leave mail on the server (so you can access your already received email from any web browser).  In the Delivery section of the Advanced tab, check the box Leave a copy of messages on the server ...
   

    

9. Select Test Account Settings...
   

    

10. You should get a dialog with all Check Marks like the one above.  Congratulations, your email is now configured in Outlook 2003.
