Introducing - Flat-Rate done
Right!
- Flat-Rate done Right is a 3-tiered rate
structure for in-shop repairs.
- We've simplified our rate structure and passed the
savings on to our customers.
- We understand the current economy can be tough, we
just want to help people get their computers working!
- Most services in-shop are priced at one of 3 levels
- Flat-Rate Level 1: $49 (minor repair issues)
- Flat-Rate Level 2: $99 (most repairs fall in
this range, includes system cleanups,
optimizations, minor virus issues, etc.)
- Flat-Rate Level 3: $149 (maximum labor rate -
includes cases where there are multiple problems
with the computer and / or it requires more
diagnostics and tests to determine the cause of the
errors)
- Backup Charge: $49 - Backups are not included
in the flat-rate pricing structure.
- Hardware charges are extra.
- On-Site services: $99 per hour (minimum 1-hour
charge, pro-rated in 15 minute increments after the
first hour). Note: Trip charges may apply
outside the Vancouver metro area (ie - Portland,
Hillsboro, Beaverton, etc).

If you are experiencing problems with your PC, or need
to install a hardware or software upgrade, we can help.
We are on- call 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week and have rates
that will fit your budget. Does it make more sense to
spend 5 hours or more trying to solve your own problems
when we can get it done in an hour? Your time is
important, leave the problems to us...it's what we do!
Geeks in Khakis maintains a competitive rate structure
with competing businesses. We routinely query our
industry and other service-based industries to stay
competitive (usually a bit cheaper :-). On-site
service is $99 an hour with a 1-hour minimum charge. Any time accrued after the first hour is billed in 15 minute increments ($25 every 15 mins).
Most problems can be fixed in about 1 - 1.5 hours. For more details,
